Data we collect
- Identity and contact: name, email, phone (optional), country.
- Order: products purchased, amounts, dates.
- Payment: processed by Stripe; we only receive limited details (card type, last 4 digits).
- Technical: IP address, browser and the cookies needed for the cart and checkout.
Why we use it
- To process your order and give you access to your products (performance of a contract).
- To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and secure payments (legitimate interest).
- To send you updates or offers by email, only if you agreed (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Chypre) and our email tools. Some of them may process data outside your country, including in Brazil and the United States, with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Order data: as long as required by accounting and tax rules. Marketing data: 3 years after our last contact.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by emailing contact@getbudgetsimply.com. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
