Terms of sale

1. Scope
These terms govern the sale of digital products (spreadsheets for Google Sheets, Excel and Numbers, and online courses) by NEXTWAVE – EMPREENDIMENTOS DIGITAIS LTDA – ME, CNPJ 58.023.497/0001-43, Avenida Doutor Edilson Pontes, 104, 1潞 andar, sala 105, Centro, 46140-000 Livramento de Nossa Senhora – BA, Brazil (“we”), on en.getbudgetsimply.com, to anyone who places an order (“you”).
2. Products
The main features of each product are described on its page. Products are delivered digitally only; nothing is shipped.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars, including applicable taxes where required. Payment is due at the time of order, by card or another available method, through Stripe. After your order you may be shown an additional offer: if you accept it, it is charged in one click to the same payment method, only after you explicitly click the accept button.
4. Delivery
Access is provided immediately after payment confirmation, on the confirmation page and by email. Please also check your spam folder.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK customers)
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose this right. When ordering, you request immediate access and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download starts.
6. Satisfaction guarantee
On top of your legal rights, we offer a 7-day guarantee: if the product isn鈥檛 right for you, email contact@getbudgetsimply.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you, as described in our refund policy.
7. License
Each purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Reselling, sharing or distributing the files is prohibited.
8. Liability
Our spreadsheets and courses are budgeting and financial education tools. They are not personalized financial, tax or investment advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

10. Complaints and governing law
For any question or complaint: contact@getbudgetsimply.com. We reply within 72 business hours. These terms are governed by Brazilian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, which continue to apply.
